This course explores the integration of the shadow, the unconscious, and other often hidden aspects of the self through the lens of Jungian psychology and Druidic spirituality. You will engage in meditation, ritual, storytelling, and nature-based exercises to acknowledge, understand, and transform the shadow aspects of yourself and learn how to integrate them into your own practice of Druidry.
Target Audience: Intermediate to advanced spiritual seekers, those familiar with druidry or Jungian concepts, and those interested in deep self-inquiry and personal transformation.
This course will meet online via Zoom once per week for six weeks, starting on Friday, May 1, 2026, from 1:30 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. Pacific Standard Time.
There will be reading materials and video instructions in-between these weekly sessions. The Zoom sessions are for questions and answers about the videos and reading materials.
The Zoom portion of this course will be video recorded for future use. If you do not wish to be recorded, please let the instructor know at the time of each seminar, and your portion will be deleted from the video. If you don’t notify the instructor ahead of time that you do not wish to be recorded, it will be deemed that you have given your consent for recording.

Shadow Druidry is a path of self-exploration that integrates traditional Druidic practice with shadow work—the process of recognizing, understanding, and integrating the hidden or suppressed aspects of the self. It focuses on personal growth through awareness, acceptance, and transformation.
The “shadow” refers to parts of yourself that you’ve rejected, ignored, or pushed out of conscious awareness including fears, insecurities, anger, or even unrealized strengths. Shadow work helps bring these elements into awareness so they can be integrated in a healthy way.
It can be intense, because you’re dealing with real emotions and personal history. However, this course emphasizes grounding, pacing, and self-awareness. You’ll be given tools to stay centered and approach the work safely and constructively.
No. This course is for personal and spiritual development, not a substitute for professional mental health care. If you’re dealing with significant trauma or mental health challenges, working with a licensed therapist alongside this material is strongly recommended.
You can expect guided meditations, journaling exercises, ritual frameworks, and nature-based practices designed to help you engage with and integrate shadow aspects in a grounded, meaningful way.
Participants often report increased self-awareness, emotional resilience, clarity in decision-making, and a deeper sense of personal authenticity. Translation: fewer unconscious self-sabotage moments and more intentional living.
No. The shadow also contains hidden strengths, creativity, and untapped potential. This course is just as much about reclaiming those as it is about working through challenges.
Basic materials like a journal are recommended. Some practices may involve simple ritual tools or time spent in nature, but nothing elaborate or expensive is required.
