Becoming a Teacher at Black Mountain Druidry: Share Wisdom, Shape Practice, and Join Our Community

For those who have walked the path of Black Mountain Druidry, practiced our three pillars of Pagan Mysticism, Shamanic Druidry, and Shadow Work, and feel a call to guide others, becoming a teacher in our online courses offers a unique opportunity to share your knowledge, deepen your own practice, and contribute to a growing community of spiritual learners.

What It Means to Be a Black Mountain Druidry Teacher

Teaching with Black Mountain Druidry is about more than presenting material. It’s about cultivating awareness, nurturing connection, and facilitating growth. Our classes are 100% online, designed to reach students wherever they are, whether they’re beginning their spiritual journey or seeking to deepen existing practices. As a teacher, you’ll create lessons that reflect the integrity of our tradition while engaging students in practical exercises, guided reflections, and discussions that encourage participation and experiential learning.

Qualifications

We don’t require fancy degrees or decades of ritual experience. What we do require is dedication, integrity, and alignment with the values of our Order. Prospective teachers should:

  • Have a strong grounding in one or more of the Black Mountain Druidry pillars of Pagan Mysticism, Shamanic Druidry, and Shadow Work.
  • Demonstrate experience in teaching, mentoring, or leading spiritual practice.
  • Be capable of creating clear, engaging online content.
  • Commit to supporting students’ growth while maintaining a respectful and safe environment.
  • Be responsible, reliable, and able to manage the logistics of online instruction.

Above all, teachers must model the principle that the work begins within. Shadow work, self-awareness, and personal practice are prerequisites, not optional extras.

When and Where

All teaching occurs online, giving you flexibility and reach. Courses are scheduled based on teacher availability, student interest, and seasonal programming. Black Mountain Druidry’s platform allows synchronous classes (live sessions via Zoom or other webinar platforms) as well as asynchronous modules (pre-recorded content with discussion boards). You choose a schedule that works for you while coordinating with the larger course calendar to ensure students have a cohesive experience.

Why Teach With Us

Teaching for Black Mountain Druidry is a spiritual practice in itself. Sharing what you’ve learned invites reflection, strengthens your own path, and extends the reach of our Order’s wisdom to students worldwide. You’re part of a living tradition, helping others connect with animism, mystical awareness, and transformative self-work.

Financially, teachers receive a 50/50 fee split, paid monthly. This transparent structure rewards your contribution fairly and ensures that both the teacher and the Order benefit from sustained engagement.

The Rewards of Teaching

The benefits of becoming a teacher extend far beyond compensation. You’ll witness students transform as they engage with the pillars of Druidry. You’ll deepen your own practice, learning as much from your students as you teach. And you’ll become part of a network of dedicated spiritual practitioners who are committed to ongoing learning, self-improvement, and the cultivation of awareness.

Teaching is a chance to leave a lasting impact, share your perspective, and contribute meaningfully to a tradition that values experience over ego, growth over dogma, and self-inquiry over performance.

If you feel called to guide others along this path, Black Mountain Druidry invites you to apply and help expand our online community. The work begins within, but it reaches far beyond, through the students you mentor, the discussions you facilitate, and the wisdom you share.
